We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday, the apartment is very conveniently situated, with Riquier train station so close, we were able to take full advantage of it, and see the whole length of the cote d Azur, as well as a couple of longer trips, to Marseilles and to Digne on the beautiful Chemin de Fer de Provence. The arrangements for the apartment, the details of how to find it and the best way to get there, for keys, payment etc., were all handled extremely efficiently, I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to others wanting to profit from a stay in Nice. " The apartment had almost everything we needed, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable. We shall certainly come again if we are in Nice, or if our children or friends are looking for accommodation there we shall recommend it to them. We had a great time on the Cote d Azur. The weather is so much better than in Manchester, where the trees are all bare now and everybody has a pullover and a coat on and a runny nose. In Nice we were sitting in the shade, because it was too warm in the sun. Thank you again for your help."

"The apartment is located in a calm and quiet surroundings. There is a train station in a short distance from the apartment which is a great advantage if you want to visit small villages around Nice. On the corner you can also buy some delicious baguettes.
The kitchen and bathroom is equipped in all stuff that is necessary even for a family with a little child. We could feel at home there.
Everything is well organized as for the keys to the apartment and other practical things. "¯

" We lived there 2 weeks with 2 young children (1 year and 3 year). There are 3 playground for the children. There is a big supermarket and many small markets nearby too. 1 floor (2 stairs) with lift. All necessary in the apartment. We very liked to stay here. And want to will be back. Very simple and comfortable. Very good convenient sofa for bed. Many bus stops and railway station nearby. Many thanks."¯

" The apartment is very conveniently located in a quiet suburban area of Nice. It is close to public transport: bus 98 to/from airport, many local buses to city centre, Nice Riquier train station to get to places outside (i.e. Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, etc). The apartment is also around many markets (local fresh goods and large supermarket) for food and house essentials. The apartment is clean, bright, and reasonably priced for the needs of up to 3-4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, etc; It was just missing an oven for baked goods, but there is a microwave. There is full size washer and dryer in the shower room. The WiFi worked well and helped with the planning of the day to come. The owner is very quick to respond to communications; The caretaker or local representative in Nice is very friendly and helpful. "¯

" THUMBS UP:
• A few minutes' walk from Nice Riquier Rail Station (one stop away from Nice's main station). Cheap rail fares compared with the UK—many interesting (coastal) stops between Nice and Ventimiglia, Italy.
• 100 Bus from the Port goes along the coastal road to Monaco—only €1.00 or €1.50 per adult per trip, stopping at places such as Villefranche (highly recommend), Beaulieu Sur Mer, Eze.
• A choice of good supermarkets in walking distance (the largest one being Carrefour hidden in the Commercial Centre at 15 boulevard Delfino with access at rue Augusta Gal) about 7 minutes' walk away. Another excellent one is Intermarche (9 boulevard Lech Walésa—walk south on boulevard Riquier) about 12-15 minutes away.
• Owner/agent was helpful and responded to my enquiry promptly, and continued to do so at each step of the booking.
• Prompt and friendly response/action by the caretaker when issues arose.
• Lift access to this first floor apartment.
• Facilities include separate bedroom, modern hob with four rings (no oven), extractor fan over hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes airer, Internet, TV with some English-speaking channels (BBC World News, CNN, Sky News etc), telephone, French windows/doors with wooden shutters (keeping the apartment relatively cool), high ceilings.
• Comfortable beds.
• Powerful, free-flowing shower.
• Good lighting in bathroom.
• South facing but relatively cool as mostly shaded by apartments on opposite site of street. There is a free-standing fan."
