General conditions  

Rental price and payment:           Payment in EURO or in USD if made via Paypal.           Arrival and departure time:           Rental is from Saturday to Saturday.           Arrival time is after 2 pm (we need time to clean the apartment after the previous guests have           left). If you plan to arrive early, please contact us for special arrangements.           Departure time is before 12 am (we have to clean the apartment before our next guests           arrive).           *Cancellation*           Full refund is possible up to one month prior to arrival. Notification of cancellation must           be made by e-mail.            Security deposit:           A cash payment of 150 euros is required upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of your           stay minus deduction of water and electricity consumption.           Additional expenses:           We do not charge any cleaning expenses at the end of your stay provided you leave the            apartment in reasonably clean condition.           Water and electricity consumption are deducted from the deposit at the rate of:           - Water: 10 EUR per Week.           - Electricity: 0,25 EUR per kwh.           RESERVATION:           To confirm a reservation :           1. Email us at niceapartmentrental@yahoo.com with the dates you would like to book.           2. We will confirm the availability of the apartment and ask you to pay an advance. We will           then send you the key. We will ask you to pay the balance prior to your arrival.           3. Upon receipt of your payment, a confirmation message will be sent to you.
